Google criticism.

Google is a corporation that compiles information and makes it searchable via the Internet. Google's stated mission is "to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful," but this mission, and the means used to accomplish it, have raised concerns among the company's critics. The policies and practices for which Google has been criticized include its use of others' intellectual property, concerns that its compilation of data may violate people's privacy, censorship of search results, and the energy consumption of its servers. Much of the criticism of Google pertains to issues that have not yet been addressed by cyber law.

Julian Assange:

Julian Paul Assange is an Australian internet activist best known for his involvement with Wikileaks, a whistleblower website. Assange was a physics and mathematics student, a hacker, and a computer programmer before taking on his current role as Wikileaks' spokesperson and editor-in-chief.

What is Wikileaks?

Wikileaks is a website that publishes governmental, corporate or religious documents that had previously been secret. It usually doesn't give out the names and addresses of people who post documents. The site is based in Sweden. Though it has a similar name to Wikipedia, it is not part of Wikipedia or the WikiMedia Foundation

Do you think this page is reliable?
Yes, because they prove that the information that the people send is always true.
Do you think this page can make a difference in our world?
Yes, because if everybody can know what is really happening in the planet, anything would be the same.
Do you think it can make more harm than good?
No, it's possible that it do more harm than good to the governament, because they don't want that we know all their secrets, but WikiLeaks is doing a good thing to all people and the planet-

Today we talked about wikileaks: WikiLeaks is an international organization that publishes submissions of otherwise unavailable documents from anonymous sources and leaks, so many people use it to informate himselfs or to publish new secret documents.
I think that it's good because people should now what is happening in the world, and I think every one can use it.

Wikipedia

Today we talked about the wikis and wikipedia. Wikipedia is a page to search information about what ever you want. And wikis are pages where you post information and other things.
Wikipedia is the most popular online encyclopedia, there you search what you want, but also you can post information about something. A lot of people used, and the in the most searched things are like wiki, wikipedia, or the beatles.
I traste in wikipedia, and I use it to search information to do school woks.but the information in not always true.

Twitter

Twitter is an other social network, where you answer to the question: ''What are you doing?'', in less 140 simbols.There are more or less 100.000.000 include a lot of famous people like Britney Spears or Lady Gaga. You can use it to have information, or to write about you...But in my opinion now, for me is inecesary because I prefere Tuenti and Facebook and I don't need anything more, because is only to see what people do and you write about your life and everybody can see it.
